Our return policy
Do you need to return something?
We offer an easy return policy. If you are not in love or don’t fit, the Classy Sassy will provide you with a full store credit.
All returns will automatically be issued a Store Credit (that will allow you to easily re-purchase an alternative item, or the same item in a different size).
We do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect sizing.
All returns will be issued a store credit automatically.
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
You do not receive them within the guaranteed time (45 days not including 2-5 day processing)
you receive the wrong item
You do not want the product you have received (but you must return the item at your expense, and the item must be unused)
Customers who have received items with a manufacturing fault or incorrect item will receive a refund.
Classy Sassy is not responsible for return shipping costs.
We do not issue store credit or refunds on original shipping costs.
We do not issue the refund if:
Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
Your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
What Classy Sassy does not allow to be returned
For safety/hygiene purposes, we cannot return the following:
Swimwear without a hygiene sticker
Condition of return
All items must be returned:
With original tags attached
Garment must not be worn in original condition, unworn and unwashed. Free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, or wear.
Receive a faulty item?
If you have received a faulty item, please email our support team within five days of receiving the package via firstname.lastname@example.org
You will not be reimbursed for the return fees if our support team has not advised you via email before returning the faulty package.
Make sure you use a trackable delivery method for returning your items. Classy Sassy is not held responsible for lost or damaged returns in transit.
Returns received later than 35 days will not be accepted, and Will be returned to the customer.
Returns received within the days 30 to 35 will be charged a five dollar USD processing fee and deducted from your store credit. Return on arrival.
Return products will be assessed to ensure it complies with our return policy.
Non-returnable items and or returned items, which do not comply with our return policy will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.
Refund and processing time
The return processing on your returning items usually takes up to 21 working days, excluding weekends in public holidays, delivered and processed by our returns team.
All refunds will be issued to the same method of payment used to create the purchase.
For payments made with both store credit and gift card/store credit, the refund will be applied to the gift card/store credit first.
Your store credit will be issued via email and in the form of a code and remain valid for six months upon receiving the email.
You will be informed via the email address that you provided for your order when this transaction is complete.

Once you have filled out details and Classy Sassy has got back to you. Print the returning item form from email and make sure you include it in the returning package.
